Capacitación y adquisición de tecnología | Julio 2020

Este proyecto es un gran ejemplo de que siempre tengo en consideración los intereses de mis clientes. Comenzamos realizando un análisis exhaustivo del presupuesto. Después construimos, poco a poco, un plan a largo plazo para las siguientes etapas.Se instalo equipo de ruteo marca Fortinet, PFsense y Core SW CISCO, la configuración y puesta a punto hasta entregar un llave en mano, se estructuro una WAN y un MPLS entre Chile, Colombia, Miami y México para dar soporte a 8500 empleados.

Automatización de procesos | Noviembre 2020

Con este proyecto, ayudé a mi cliente a establecer un plan a corto plazo con beneficios a largo plazo. Luego, como asesor, proporcioné un plan estratégico para crecer y alcanzar el éxito.Se implementaron dos marcadores predictivos Neotel e inconCert en varios call Center con un crecimiento hasta de 5000 WS, se montaron trunk sip en redes WAN - LAN.

Desarrollo de nuevos productos y rediseño de empresas para incrementar du productividad | Abril 2021

En la industria de la consultoría cada situación es única y requiere diferentes soluciones. Para este proyecto ayudé a mi cliente a definir el objetivo ideal teniendo en cuenta la situación y, a través de la planificación estratégica, logramos un buen resultado final.

Se diseño y se puso a punto varios e-commerce tipo B2B y B2C considerando el concepto de omnicanalidad montando las entregas al cliente con un concepto propio aprovechando su infraestructura de distribución, se restructuro un empresa con el objeto de entregar productos frescos a un segmento de la población modificando toda la cadena de valor aprovechando sinergias con empresas del mismo grupo.
